Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

  • Call Customer Service at 888-505-1363 or email us immediately or within 30 days of the sales date.
  • We will ship a replacement item at no charge. For a damaged item, we may request that you send photos of the damage to us.
  • We'll also send you a prepaid mailing label to ship the original product back to us.

No Longer Need It

Did you receive the item you ordered, but decide that you no longer want it? No problem. If the item is unused or uninstalled, you can return it to us.

Unopened Item

    • Ship it back to us using the instructions below within 30 days of the sale date, and we will issue a full refund, less any original shipping costs.

Opened, Unused Item

    • If the item is opened, and has not been used or installed, ship it back to us using the instructions below within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund, less any original shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee.

Opened & Used Item

    • If the item has been installed and/or used, we are unable to accept a return because the item is no longer saleable.

Return Policies

  • If you no longer have the original packaging, make sure to carefully wrap and protect the product when shipping it back. Products damaged during return shipment due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for refund.
  • Please note, if a product is returned to us from the postal carrier due to undeliverable address, wrong address, etc., we will refund the full amount of your purchase less our shipping costs.

To return a NavePoint purchase that you made on Amazon.com:

 

  • Login to your account at Amazon.com to view your order history
  • Locate the NavePoint order in your Amazon order history.
  • Click the "Return or replace items" button next to the product you wish to return.
  • If the item is eligible for return, you will be able to highlight the product and choose a return reason, such as "No longer needed."
  • Follow the instructions from Amazon on returning your product.
  • Ensure that your return shipment is packaged carefully.

eBay

 

To return a NavePoint purchase that you made on eBay.com:

 

  • Login to your account at eBay.com to view your purchase history.
  • Locate the NavePoint order in your eBay purchase history.
  • Select "Return this item" from the “More Actions” drop-down menu.
  • Select a return reason, such as "No longer needed."
  • Follow the instructions from eBay on returning your product.
  • Ensure that your return shipment is packaged carefully.

NewEgg

 

To return a NavePoint purchase that you made on NewEgg.com:

 

  • Login to your account at Newegg.com to view your order history.
  • Locate the NavePoint order in your Newegg Order History.
  • Select the “Email Seller” icon beside the order you would like to return.
  • Next, select the “RMA Inquiry” subject option
    • Provide the Newegg Sales Order number and/or RMA number if you already have one, and specify if you would like a refund or replacement.
    • Make sure to provide a description regarding the reason for the return, such as “No longer needed”
  • Click the Send Message button and we will respond back to you within 1 business day.
